Julian Mukiibi is an International Trade and Development Expert with over 25 years experience, promoting sustainable development at the global level (WTO), regional level (Africa and Asia), and National level (Least Developed Countries).  He has previously worked as an Assistant Director at CUTS International, Geneva – an NGO supporting developing countries’ negotiations in the World Trade Organization; he also worked at the Permanent Mission of Uganda to the United Nations in Geneva, as Advisor Legal and Economic Affairs.  He started his career at the Uganda Revenue Authority – Uganda where he served in several capacities for over 10 years.  Julian holds a Masters in International Law and Economics (Summa cum Laude) from the World Trade Insitute in Bern, Switzerland.  He is also an Advocate of all courts of Judicature in Uganda.
