Victor Gout is currently pursuing a dual MSc in Economics and Public Policy at Sciences Po Paris and the London School of Economics. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Human Rights from Columbia University and Sciences Po Paris.

He has worked on the United Nations budget committee, conducted research on public procurement law in Africa at EMSI and Associates, and interned at the French Embassy in Mongolia. He is interested in the economics and politics of infrastructure and raw materials in low- and middle-income countries.
