Research Intern

Lejla recently graduated with a Bachelor of International Economics from the University of British Columbia. She is interested in the interplay between economics and business, and how this can be used to promote economic development and growth. Lejla previously worked on Indigenous self-government policy at Crown-Indigenous Relations Canada and has conducted applied economic research on health and employment outcomes on Indian reserves in Canada.
