Prior to joining the Charter Cities Institute as a Researcher, Jeffrey worked as an MA Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He previously worked on immigration policy as an intern at the National Immigration Forum, the Niskanen Center, and the Bipartisan Policy Center. He holds a BA in economics from the University of Maryland and an MA in economics from George Mason University. His writing has been published in Quartz AfricaMorning Consult, Works in Progress, and the Washington Examiner, among others.
